How is the Zoom R16s hearing? Does it hear all frequencies evenly? Does it boost some and drop others?

Method

  1. New Project
  2. Channels 1/2, 7/8 Stereo link on
  3. All input levels down
  4. Record frequency sweep to track 1/2
  5. Microphone levels slightly backed off maximum
  6. Position R16 directly in front of monitor bottom on table
  7. Record frequency sweep to track 7/8
  8. Copy .wavs to PC for analysis

Results

For visual analysis the response was amplified to exaggerate the background noise and spectral oddities.
